Hillside New Year
2011
Join us at Hillside and enjoy a 3 night break of luxury and
relaxation over New Year.
30th December
On the 30th December arrive between 3pm and
5pm.
A freshly prepared 3 course dinner awaits you, and
pre-dinner drinks are available in the bar and sitting room from
6pm. Dinner in the dining room is served at 7pm.
New Year's Eve
Breakfast is served between 9 and 10, setting a relaxed mood
for the day ahead.
After breakfast enjoy the company of other guests at
Hillside or perhaps take a walk into Ventnor town, or enjoy a local
costal walk.
Drinks will be available in the bar from 7pm with a special
New Year's Eve 4-course dinner in the dining room at
8pm.
Enjoy the comfort of the house and the company of other
guests whilst contemplating your resolutions for 2011.
Gather in the bar to watch Big Ben summoning in the New Year
and to raise a toast with a glass of Joseph Perrier and some Danish
kransekage.
New Year's Day
Take a late breakfast served between 9-10am.
Why not clear the head with a bracing walk on the top of St
Boniface Down - the highest point on the Island with wonderful
views.
Meet back at the hotel for drinks from 6pm to enjoy a
final dinner at 7pm.
2nd January
Depart from rooms by 11am after a final breakfast in
the dining room served between 8 and 9.30am.
